How Does Light Therapy Work? *

Light energy stimulates the release of nitric oxide from hemoglobin into the blood stream. When nitric oxide is released from hemoglobin, it enters the muscle cells in the walls of the blood vessels. The muscle cells relax as the blood vessel diameter enlarges, allowing more blood to flow through the vessels. In effect, more oxygen and nutrients can reach the cells and encouraging healing of the tissues. In addition, light energy stimulates the production of energy in each cell, via the mitochondria, providing the healing energy it needs.

Rotator Cuff Injury

When I was introduced to Vivie and Opt For Light light therapy, I had been through a year of physical therapy and had sought healing from many alternative medicines.

Traumatic Brain Injury

My sister’s story is so powerful. She was in a skiing accident on Mt. Hood. A man took a 20 foot jump and landed on my sister, Cristina’s head. She had to be life-flighted to the ER.

She suffered form a severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). The symptoms she had from the TBI were head shocks, migraines, blurred vision, slurred speech, memory loss, depression, anger, and more. She was experiencing it all. Cristina was on pain medication and seeing 5-6 different specialists but nothing seemed to help.

After about 6 months of this, some friends introduced her to the In Light system. She did 6 sessions in 2 days and was able to get off her pain medication. Osteoarthritis Relief

I have osteoarthritis. It had progressed to 4 of my fingers by 2013/2014. It was so painful that I had a difficult time zipping up my 2 young sons' jackets and couldn't help them with general dressing or tying their shoes for school.

Pain and Neuropathy Relief

I am a Type 2 diabetic and have been on Metformin oral meds for approximately 25 years. While I keep my blood glucose in good control, I still began to develop mild numbness and tingling in my feet. Then I learned that diabetes is a double whammy. Not only can poor control cause this but so can Metformin. Nothing seemed to help - not Vitamin B-12 shots, not alpha lipoid acid - until I began using the light system. I use it every day on both feet for 20 minutes on the A frequency. Slowly my neuropathy began to disappear. My podiatrist was amazed at my annual visit when he found no evidence of neuropathy at all after several months of use! Because I must continue to take Metformin, I continue to use the InLight Therapy system daily in conjunction with good glucose control to make sure the neuropathy does not come back.

I have also had rotator cuff injuries off and on for years, which plagued me for weeks and often resulted in cortisone injections.
